Church & Union is hosting their Third Annual Halloween Party on 4th Avenue downtown. The fun kicks off at 10:30pm on October 28th. The downtown hot spot encourages guests to dress up in their best ghoulish gear for a chance to win a $500 Church & Union gift card for their "Best Dressed" Costume Contest.
