Sushi | Bar Nashville will host “Roots and Fire,” an immersive Mexican omakase dining experience featuring celebrity chef Colibrí Jiménez in collaboration with Chef Rey Bello. The unique tasting menu blends modern Mexican flavors with the refined structure of a traditional omakase, highlighting Chef Jiménez’s bold culinary storytelling and technique.
A champion of MasterChef and a featured chef on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, Chef Jiménez is known for elevating Mexican cuisine on a global stage. Guests will begin the evening with a complimentary welcome cocktail served prior to seating, followed by a curated multi-course Mexican omakase dinner priced at $139 per person.
