Celebrate The Joseph and Yolan’s Fifth Anniversary — traditionally marked by wood, a symbol of enduring strength — with an immersive charcuterie experience in collaboration with Evans Meats & Seafood.

Guided by our culinary team, guests will craft artful displays of meats, cheeses, and seasonal accompaniments atop a Les Paul™-shaped charcuterie board, made in Nashville from the same maple and mahogany used in Gibson guitars — a nod to Music City’s creative soul.

The evening features a curated selection of traditional Italian cheeses, many debuting in Nashville, honoring our founding family’s heritage and our commitment to hospitality shaped by flavor, craft, and design.
