Celebrate The Joseph's Sixth Iron Anniversary with an immersive culinary experience led by Yolan Chef de Cuisine Liam Byres, exploring the enduring artistry of cast iron cooking and its place in Italian tradition.

Begin with an introduction to the versatility of cast iron cookware, including the essential techniques for seasoning, maintaining, and caring for these timeless kitchen heirlooms.

Chef Byres will then demonstrate the preparation of a layered stuffed eggplant featuring whipped ricotta, sausage, and ember-roasted yogurt — a dish inspired by the rustic flavors and traditions of Sicily.
