Join us for an afternoon trip to the Caribbean, inspired by On the Horizon: Contemporary Cuban Art from the Pérez Art Museum Miami. In this ninety-minute class, The Salty Cubana will provide participants with a brief history of Cuba, its people, and its culture. And what better way to discover a country’s cultural identity than through your taste buds? Participants will learn how to create two iconic Cuban cocktails and the basics of empanada making. Each ticket also includes a sampling of other classic Cuban bites, as well as copies of the recipes featured in the class. You too will be able host your very own Cuban-style happy hour!
