On Saturday, March 25 at 10am, barre3 Nashville will lead a heart-thumping class at the National Museum of African American Music at Fifth & Broadway. The class will be an invigorating mix of strength, cardio, and mindfulness and will be held in the atrium entrance of the museum. Following class, a Live DJ will be spinning beats all afternoon long. Come out for the sweat and stay for the fun!
