Join Chef Tony Mantuano and team inside Yolan’s kitchen for an incredible hands-on lesson in making pasta from scratch. During this exclusive experience, learn how to craft fresh caramelle, “candy” in Italian, named not for their sweetness, but their likeness to the familiar shape. Then, enjoy a special three-course lunch of salad, caramelle pasta, dessert, and wine pairings by Cathy Mantuano.
