Join the Frist Art Museum for this embroidery workshop led by Eva Rabin. Embroidery is the ancient craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. Over the last couple of years, this craft has gained popularity among people of all ages! In this workshop inspired by the exhibition Art and Imagination in Spanish America, 1500-1800: Highlights from LACMA's Collection, students will learn basic hand embroidery skills as well as useful tips and tricks to create a beautiful and bold embroidered necklace.

Ages 18+ only. All skill levels welcome. Space is limited.
