This September, Chef Tony Mantuano and Cathy Mantuano welcome dear friend and legendary balsamico producer, Andrea Bezzecchi of Acetaia San Giacomo based in the Emilian countryside.

Rooted in tradition and Yolan’s exclusive balsamico partner, Acetaia San Giacomo, produces balsamico rich with extraordinary age and inviting flavor. Join us for this special evening featuring tastings of Bezzecchi’s 25-year aged balsamico with aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, and a five-course menu celebrating Emilia-Romagna cuisine and wine.

Five-course tasting menu, $150. With wine pairings, $235 per person.
