Over the years, the park has hosted annual induction ceremonies, adding new stars to its pathways including Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, and Kings of Leon, just to name a few. The park's star-studded pathway has made it a popular tourist attraction, drawing visitors from around the world who come to see the stars of their favorite musicians and learn about Nashville's musical legacy.
In 2024, the Nashville Downtown Partnership began managing and operating the park in collaboration with Metro Parks, the Mayor's Office of Nashville, and Music City Center. Today, the park remains an active site for events, performances, and community gatherings, celebrating Nashville's ongoing contributions to the global music scene.
